Can you please clarify what you mean by "plesk will be removed from the
system"?  How is Plesk getting "removed"?

Bug description:
same like  #583485 Incompatible with Plesk (PSA) but for mysql51
IUS packages, specifically mysqlXX are incompatible with Plesk in that plesk is only looking for the package named 'mysql' ... and not 'what provides mysql'. This means when replacing mysql with mysql51 plesk will be removed from the system.
