I did not see this bug mentioned in php-5.2.14.  Would it be possible
for you to test our php52-5.2.14 packages to determine if this issue is
resolved?

Bug description:

It effects all version of php 5.2.12 and greater.

In short, the PHP-GD function "imagettftext" is not positioning text properly on background images.
