python26-mod_wsgi has been pushed to EPEL 5 stable, and is now obsolete
in IUS.

Bug description:
python26 has been added to EPEL 5.  If accepted, mod_wsgi-python26 should also be moved to EPEL, and EOL'd from IUS.
