Title:
  Port python26-httplib2 to EPEL 5

Status in IUS Community Project:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  As python26 has been accepted to EPEL 5, we have been porting all
  python26-xxxx package in IUS 5 over to EPEL 5.  As users who subscribe
  to ius-release also already subscribe to epel-release there is no
  major need to announce the EOL of any of the python26-xxxxx packages
  once they are added to EPEL 5 stable.

  Create a package review in bugzilla.redhat.com (please link here)
  Get package into epel 5 stable
  EOL package from ius 5
