  remove 'Obsoletes' from php53u

Bug description:
  In previous updates we obsoleted 'php53' with 'php53u':

  See: #691755

  
  Now that RHEL 5.6 is out (with php53) we need to remove those obsoletes:

  Obsoletes: php53 < 5.3.4

  %package cli
  ...
  Obsoletes: php53-cli < 5.3.4

  
  Etc....

  
  This needs to be done for php53u, as well as all of the php53u external packages (php53u-pecl-xxxx).
