  WL: poppler-utils 0.14.5

Bug description:
  DESCRIPTION: We do a lot of work with PDF files. poppler-utils
  includes the pdftotext tool for converting pdf files to text files.
  Newer versions released with the past few years fix bugs + have
  additional command-line features.

  REASON: The poppler-utils that is part of the CentOS 5.5 repository is
  poppler-utils-0.5.4-4.4.el5_5.14. My googling reveals that this was
  the same version that was part of Fedora 6 in 2006. I am requesting
  poppler-utils 0.14.5 because it is part of Fedora 14, but anything
  released within the last couple of years would be fine.
