Builds are failing with the following Build Error:

configure: error: recode extension can not be configured together with: imap
RPM build errors:
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.95685 (%build)
    Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.95685 (%build)
Child returncode was: 1

The same SPEC build fine with 5.3.6 and 5.3.7.

I've verified the recode patch is being applied:

Patch #7 (php-5.3.0-recode.patch):
