Sorry to ask again, but can you add a bit more info.. please provide the
*full* output of the following:

# cat /etc/redhat-release

# cat /etc/yum.conf

# cat /etc/yum.repos.d/ius.repo

# yum repolist -d 9

# yum --version

# cat /etc/yum.repos.d/ius.repo | grep mirrorlist | head -n1 | sed
's/mirrorlist=//' | sed "s/\$basearch/`uname -i`/" | xargs curl
