According to the PHP Spec this package is building both mysql and
mysqlnd as shared modules via separate packages:

      --enable-mysqlnd=shared \
      --with-mysql=shared,mysqlnd \
      --with-mysqli=shared,mysqlnd \

This should be something we can do with the IUS package, I will start to
look in to how to port these changes to IUS.
