The pecl-geoip package should now be available from all IUS Testing channel mirrors,
can you please test this package before we move forward with getting it in IUS Stable.

  yum install php53u-pecl-geoip --enablerepo=ius-testing

Bug description:
  I noticed that IUS doesn't have php5x-pecl-geoip package.
  EPEL has it for php-5.1.6 and also provides GeoIP lib. Would be great to have it also in IUS.
