Hello Mustafa,

After some looking it seems the Zend Guard and Optimizer are
commercially licensed. This is not something IUS Community will be able
to package unfortunately.

Bug description:
  DESCRIPTION:  zend-optimizer-3.3.9 on php52 and php-zend-guard-loader
  on php53u

  REASON: Zend and ioncube are usually installed together on a
  particular system ( like Kloxo control panel ). It's better IUS have
  zend-loader too. Some repos like atomic and centalt also have both.
