Bug description:
  A python3 package has been suggested for EPEL in the following bugzilla:
  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=591958

  However, this bug is quite old and since IUS builds python31 for EL5 it
  is probably worthwhile to build a python32 on EL6.
