To whom it may concern, I am an idiot.  I neglected to read the entire
IUC Client Usage Guide
(http://iuscommunity.org/pages/IUSClientUsageGuide.html), and therefore
didn't see the fact that you need to install mysql first and then
replace it with mysql55.  I would delete this if I could.
