Greetings Leam,

As mentioned in IRC, IUS Community does not package any pecl-mongo
packages (you can see our repos below):

   https://code.launchpad.net/ius

It appears http://pecl.php.net/package/mongo does have support for PHP
5.3 and 5.4 (since 1.2.3 http://pecl.php.net/package-
info.php?package=mongo&version=1.2.3).

We will look in to what is needed to package pecl-mongo for our php53u
and php54 packages.

Bug description:
  The current php-pecl-mongo package requires PHP 5.3 packages. If
  you've already installed IUS PHP 5.4 packages the install fails.
