Hello Leam,

Packages for php54-pecl-mongo and php53u-pecl-mongo have been created and added to the development repos,
can you please install this packages and verify everything is working properly.

   # yum install php54-pecl-mongo --enablerepo=ius-dev

Bug description:
  The current php-pecl-mongo package requires PHP 5.3 packages. If
  you've already installed IUS PHP 5.4 packages the install fails.
