php54-pecl-mongo-1.3.2-1.ius and php53u-pecl-mongo-1.3.2-1.ius will be
removed from the development channels, and added to the testing channels
on tonights sync.

Once these packages have lived in testing for 14 days they will be
candidates to be moved to stable.

Bug description:
  The current php-pecl-mongo package requires PHP 5.3 packages. If
  you've already installed IUS PHP 5.4 packages the install fails.
