Thank you for taking the time to put in this request.

According to your above comment, you are wanting 3 versions of curl built,
I do not think IUS will be the best fit for hosting multiple builds for the curl package.

IUS Community tries to strive for 'Inline with Upstream Stable',
not a place to build multiple versions of a software. 

It sounds like your requirements may lean more to you building, or compiling these
requirement in house.
