Hello Blake,

It was nice chatting with you in #iuscommunity and thanks for taking the
time to report this issue.  It does appear that some of mysql55 packages
and the php54-ioncube-loader package is missing from the CentOS 5 x86_64
repo.  I am looking into this issue and will update this bug once
additional information becomes available.

  Missing dependencies for MySQL 5.5 on CentOS 5 x86_64

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1.) Perform a minimal install of CentOS 5.9 x86_64
  2.) Install the EPEL and IUS rpm packages
  3.) Try to install MySQL 5.5 via yum

  I have verified that i am able to install a lower version MySQL (5.1)
  'mysql51-server' package via yum
