[Bug 1170131] Re: php-pecl-ssh2

Hello Mark,

Thanks for taking the time to make this request. I have been looking
over this request to see if it is a good fit for IUS. Looking at their
pecl page, they have only beta releases. Typically we do not package
beta software, although exceptions have been made on a case by case
basis. We are even more cautious about beta software after APC pulled a
release:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ius/+bug/1098124
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ius/+bug/1115670

While I don't think this package would be a good fit for our stable
repos. I have went ahead and built it with the development repo in
mind. This package will go through the testing repo for two weeks, then
get put into the development repo. It has been tagged as test-
candidate. It will be in placed in the testing repos tonight and can
take around 24 hours to hit all the mirrors.

See the following for information on how to use the testing repo:

Title:
  php-pecl-ssh2

Status in IUS Community Project:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
Would be great to have php-pecl-ssh2:

  https://github.com/mmckinst/php53u-pecl-ssh2
  https://github.com/mmckinst/php54-pecl-ssh2

  RPMs built and tested.

  It is on 0.11.3 because 0.12 requires libssh2 >= 1.3 which EPEL 5
  doesn't have (yet?).
