Hello Sergey,

Thanks for submitting this bug.  The stock php-common does provide php-
fileinfo:

# rpm -q --provides php-common |grep php-fileinfo
php-fileinfo  

While php53u-common does not:

# rpm -qp -l http://dl.iuscommunity.org/pub/ius/stable/Redhat/6/x86_64/php53u-common-5.3.26-1.ius.el6.x86_64.rpm |grep php-fileinfo
#

This bug is confirmed and I will look to address it soon.
