Typically, IUS keeps new packages in the testing repos for two weeks,
unless a new release has fixes for CVEs.  This release does include
fixes for CVEs so it has been tagged stable-candidate.  It will be in
placed in the stable repos tonight and can take around 24 hours to hit
all the mirrors.
