[Bug 1248299] Re: php54-common does not provide php(language)
Hello Rob,
Thanks for taking the time to submit this bug. I have been working on
php54-5.4.21-2.ius which includes a fix for this bug and some others
bugs you submitted for the base php packages. The updated packages has
been built and tagged as test-candidate. They will be in placed in the
testing repos tonight and can take around 24 hours to hit all the
mirrors.

I am also curious if you were running into any issues or just happened
to notice this provides was missing.

Bug description:
Package version: php54-common-5.4.20-1.ius
RH php-common packages are providing "php(language)". See RH Bugzilla
#837042 for their reasoning. (It boils down to providing compatibility
with 3rd party repos such as EPEL.)
I believe that IUS packages should provide the same.
