Hello Rob,

Thanks for taking the time to submit this bug.  I have been working on
php54-5.4.21-2.ius which includes a fix for this bug and some others
bugs you submitted for the base php packages.  The updated packages has
been built and tagged as test-candidate. They will be in placed in the
testing repos tonight and can take around 24 hours to hit all the
mirrors.

I am also curious if you were running into any issues or just happened
to notice this provides was missing.

  php54-xml does not provide php-xmlreader or php-xmlwriter

Bug description:
  Package Version: php54-xml-5.4.20-1.ius
  (Seems to be the case for php54-xml-5.4.21-1.ius as well)

  The xmlreader and xmlwriter extenstions that are part of php54-xml are
  not included in the "Provides" listing. php54-xml should provide both
  php-xmlreader and php-xmlwriter.

  The SPEC file was fixed in RH bugzilla #874987
