Hello Rob,

Thanks for taking the time to submit this bug.  I have been working on
an updated a php54-pecl-memcached package.  It has been built and tagged
as test-candidate. It will be in placed in the testing repos tonight and
can take around 24 hours to hit all the mirrors.

I am also curious if you were running into any issues or just happened
to notice this provides was missing.

Can you verify the updated packages include the needed provides.
