Hello,

The  php54-pecl-memcached and libmemcached10 pacakges have been in the
testing repos for two weeks.  While we have not gotten feedback from Rob
about the missing provides, I am going to push these packages into the
stable repos based off Jorma feedback.

The  php54-pecl-memcached and libmemcached10 pacakges have been tagged
stable-candidate. They will be in placed in the stable repos tonight and
can take around 24 hours to hit all the mirrors.
