The 5.3.28 release includes updates to Zend that do not appear to be
connected with the two points in the change log.  The updates to Zend
causes issues when compiling with zts and other options.  I have build
5.3.28 packages with a patch to take Zend back to the way it way in
5.3.27.  These packages are now available in the testing repos.
