While we normally wait two weeks before moving packages from testing to
stable, we will proceed sooner in the case of security vulnerabilities.
We have tagged this package as stable-candidate. It will be placed in
the stable repos tonight and can take around 24 hours to hit all the
mirrors.

  updates for IUS packages with gnutls dependencies

Bug description:
  Earlier this week. RedHat issued the following Security Advisories:

  https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2014-0246.html

  A few IUS packages bring in gnutls as part of the build dependencies.
  Both php54 and php55 have been rebuilt with the updated version of
  gnutls when they got updated to php54-5.4.26-1.ius and
  php55u-5.5.10-1.ius.   The git18 and php53u packages have been rebuilt
  with the updated version of gntls with versions  git18-1.8.5.5-2.ius
  and php53u-5.3.28-2.ius.  All of these packages are currently in the
  testing repos or will be moved into the testing repos tonight.   We
  will move these packages into the stable repos next week, to allow for
  testing.
