Setuptools 3.6 was release upstream.  This resolve the test suite issue
on python 3.4.  I've built the following packages, which will be placed
in the testing repos tonight.

python27-setuptools
python33-setuptools
python34u-setuptools

Bug description:
  The python packaging tool distribute was originally a fork of
  setuptools.  It was merged back into setuptools in June 2013, thereby
  making setuptools the default choice for packaging.

  IUS will be deprecating our python*-distribute packages for
