Thanks for the work to get this started.  I cross-referenced your SPEC
files with the latest ones from Fedora, and created new ones.

I want to point out that the Fedora SPEC file includes the test suite,
but  I did not include it because it would have required packaging up 18
other python modules for python27.  Because of this, we ask that you
test this module as extensively as you can.

python27-pip and python27-wheel have been built and will be placed in
the testing repos tonight.
