It appears that redis 3.0.0 will still take quite a while to hit stable,
so I went ahead and created a redis28u package for el5 and el6.  It will
be moved to the testing repos tonight.  It may take up to 24 hours to
sync to all mirrors.

Bug description:
  It would be really nice to have the newest redis available in IUS,
  because right now there is no good repository to pull it from.

  The only real location is remi, and that is bad times charlie.

  Currently on redis 3.0-7beta is out, and the next beta is scheduled on
  the 15th of July, so might just wait for 3.0.
