Whoops, I forgot to include the necessary provides/conflicts to comply
with the safe repo initiative.  Fixed.

The release '-5.ius' has been built and will be moved to the testing
repos tonight.  It may take up to 24 hours to sync to all mirrors.

Bug description:
  It would be really nice to have the newest redis available in IUS,
  because right now there is no good repository to pull it from.

  The only real location is remi, and that is bad times charlie.

  Currently on redis 3.0-7beta is out, and the next beta is scheduled on
  the 15th of July, so might just wait for 3.0.
