We have rolled back to 5.4.30, but the error continues.

It seems the problem started simultaneously to our upgrade to 5.4.31.
PayPal has changed some information on IPN messages.

We are working to solve the issue.  Please close the bug-report.  Sorry
for the inconveniences caused.

  Just after upgrading from 5.4.30 to 5.4.31, PayPal IPN (WHMCS PayPal
  Module) stopped working.  We are now getting Error 406.

  Anyone else experiencing the same issue ?
