[Bug 1356007] Re: python34u pyvenv error
I changed the way I fixed this to not depend on a user's environment.
Instead of my previous workaround, I updated the patch that adds the
rewheel module to always safely open unicode [0], even if the current
environment is set to "C". The new build python34u-3.4.1-4.ius has been
tested, and will hit the testing repos tonight.

I got some error when I use pyvenv
[vagrant@ppdb-vagrant ~]$ pyvenv test
Error: Command '['/home/vagrant/test/bin/python3.4', '-Im', 'ensurepip', '--upgrade', '--default-pip']' returned non-zero exit status 1
And here the exception when I execute command directly
[vagrant@ppdb-vagrant ~]$ /home/vagrant/test/bin/python3.4 -Im ensurepip --upgrade --default-pip
