Howdy Stephen,

Thanks for your request.  I'm looking over the way Fedora accomplishes
this, and it appears that we will need to create a package for igbinary
first, which will then in turn be a {Build,}Requires for php55u-pecl-
memcached.  I'll keep you posted.
