More than likely you are just seeing a mirror lag issue.  You could
switch to the master mirror (commented out baseurl line in ius.repo) or
just grab the single package from the master mirror [0] and install with
rpm.

The ini files are marked as config(noreplace) in the spec file, so
nothing will be lost.  If the json.ini file is unchanged from stock, it
will be removed.  If it has been edited, it will be renamed to
json.ini.rpmsave.  In both cases, 40-json.ini will be created new.  You
can read more about that logic here [1].

I've already been making changes to the main php55u package to switch to
this new numbering scheme.  That will cover most of those modules (as
they are just subpackages from the main spec file), and then I will
address the remaining ones.  I'll leave everything in testing until they
are all ready to avoid mixing the old style with the new style.

On a related note, I received an request via email to also enable
igbinary support for php55u-pecl-redis, so that will be coming down the
pipeline as well.
