Hey Alex,

Thanks for the feedback.  Our packages are built in such a way that
applications will not get updated automatically from stock RedHat
packages or other major release versions.  This is accepted behavior.
You will either need to remove the git18 packages, use yum replace or
the yum-plugin-replace.

Seeing that the application is working as excepted, I will push this
packages to the stable repos during tonight's automation run.

Bug description:
  DESCRIPTION: Git is a fast, scalable, distributed revision control
  system with an unusually rich command set that provides both high-
  level operations and full access to internals.

  REASON:
  Centos 6 still only provides 1.7.x version of git.
  Centos 7 provides 1.8.3 version.

  At the moment latest git release is 2.1.3.
  Would be nice to have an RPM, and take advantage of new features.
