Howdy Karl,

Thanks for visiting us in #iuscommunity and making this request.  Here
is our new package process.

1. Is it a good fit for IUS?
2. Is it maintainable with our current resources?
3. After building the package, is the requester willing to test the package to ensure expected behavior?

I feel the first two answers are "yes".  I should have an initial build
in the testing repos tonight for you to evaluate.

Bug description:
  There's already an ioncube-loader package for PHP 5.3 and 5.4 but none
  for 5.5 and 5.6. Could you please build this package for PHP 5.5? Note
  that the version 4.7 which you use for PHP 5.4 supports 5.5 and 5.6
  (confirmation here: http://www.ioncube.com/news.php).
