Our package testing automation detected a problem with the git2u-hg
subpackage.  It requires at least mercurial 1.8, but el6 only has
version 1.4.  Our solution for now will be to only create that
subpackage on el7.  The updated build git2u-2.2.0-2.ius will hit the
testing repos tonight.
