I'm sorry for the (very) late reply. I've installed php55u-ioncube-
loader-4.7.2-2.ius.centos6.x86_64.rpm from testing repo without any
issue.

[root@devkarl ~]# rpm -qa|grep -i cube && php -v|grep -i cube
php55u-ioncube-loader-4.7.2-2.ius.centos6.x86_64
    with the ionCube PHP Loader v4.7.2, Copyright (c) 2002-2014, by ionCube Ltd.
[root@devkarl ~]# 

I've tested an ioncube encrypted PHP file on a nginx server with php55u-
fpm and it works fine on my browser.

Let me know if you need any more QA on the rpm from me and I will be
happy to do it.

  WL: php55u-ioncube-loader

Status in IUS Community Project:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  There's already an ioncube-loader package for PHP 5.3 and 5.4 but none
  for 5.5 and 5.6. Could you please build this package for PHP 5.5? Note
  that the version 4.7 which you use for PHP 5.4 supports 5.5 and 5.6
  (confirmation here: http://www.ioncube.com/news.php).
