Status in IUS Community Project:

Bug description:
  Base EL6 has rsyslog7-* and EL7 have rsyslog, but both versions are
  only 7.4.6.

  There were a lot of fixes in 7.5.0, but might as well provide upgrades
  to 8.x entirely.
