Ok.

You can add 1 or 2 line breaks between your text blocks, and use the
"Split Node" feature from the top menu.

You can also select text and use right click to "Move Selected Text to
Child Node"

Even with those helpful features it may still take a lot of work if you
have lots of notes to import!
