  KVEventSelector: can parse list of options given to TTree::Process such as
  "par1=val1,par2=val2"; Values retrievable with GetOpt().
  
  KVVarGlob: add methods to know number of values available and retrieve name
  associated to each value
  
  KVGVList: extended MakeBranches/FillBranches to handle multi-valued global
  variables. for each value we add a branch "toto.val1", "toto.val2", etc., where
  toto is name of variable
