improved (?) version of KVDetector::GetCorrectedEnergy:
if the measured dE is > max theoretical dE for given (Z,A),
the returned 'corrected' energy saturated at the max theorique.
as this may often happen in data (if we underestimate the Z,
especially for heavy nuclei), it leads to bad artefacts at low E.
now we increase the Z of the given nucleus (using the nucleus'
mass formula to calculate A) until the dE is < max theoretical.
then we perform correction for the new Z (the Z and A of the
nucleus given as argument remain unchanged).
this applies to correction of mylar losses in Chio's, and
correction of PHD in silicons.
