  environment variable
  KVGANILDataReader.ScalerBuffersManagement
  (default: GTGanilData::kSkipScaler)
  if kReportScaler is used, scaler buffers can be retrieved by the user
  in a loop over all events/buffers
  if SetUserTree is called with an option containing "SCALERS", the scalers
  are written in a TTree named 'Scalers'
