  * KVMultiDetArray::DetectEvent:
    adds argument allowing user to give name of reference frame to be used
    in order to filter event
    
  * KVParticle::SetFrame:
    new particles added to fBoosted must NOT have kCanDelete bit set, this
    means they can be deleted by clearing a non-owning list which contains
    references to them, such as the list of hits in each detector!
  
  * KVParticle::Clear:
    without the kCanDelete bit set, we call fBoosted.Delete() as before.
