  This modification fixes the memory leak of TF1 
  produced by using KVSilicon::GetELossFunction(...) after  
  KVSilicon::SetMoultonPHDParameters(...). The TF1 is automatically removed
  of gROOT->GetListOfFunction() in its destructor then there will not be
  a segmentation fault.
