  - fixed 'bug' with Log button (at startup, button was unchecked but histograms were drawn with Log option)
  - added new option: draw profile histogram. for the moment in this case we ignore any user binning etc.
  - GUI initial state can be configured in .kvrootrc: log, normalise, binning, weight, etc.
  - double-clicking a leaf in the variable list only generates a histogram if one for the active selection does not already exist
