  corrected implementation of PHD which was wrong for particles whic
  punch through the silicon
  (PHD calculated from incident energy E instead of energy loss dE).
  removed 'Zmin=10' parameter, PHD is calculated for all Z>2
  (it is =0 for Z=2 by definition)
  VERSION increased to 1.8.10 for tests.
