  rustine for E613:
  before run 559, cables for CSI_0209 and CSI_0310 were inverted
  therefore we invert the acquisition parameters for these detectors
  (CSI_0209 has CSI_0310_R, CSI_0310_L, CSI_0310_T, and vice versa)
  for all runs before 559 when gIndra->SetParameters(run) is called.
