- conflicts generated by last merge from lp:kaliveda/1.8 too much effort

- will be implemented on branch 2.0 using methods developed in lp:autorootlib
- have to merge 1.8 and 1.9 regularly into 2.0 during development
+ 19/6/2013: first packages for libkaliveda and a few executables now
